Q) How much is postage?
A) £4 for the first 5 bottles (up to 2kg). If you have the breakfast sauce in there, it's 3 or 4 bottles...they're heavier. There's another option on checkout if you're ordering loads...up to 30kg
Q) Do you ship to Europe/America/Guatemala?
A) Yes! Just message us howlatm@hotmail.com or on the contact page and we'll sort something out. Europe is £11 for 5 bottles and £8 for 2 bottles, so it ain't cheap, like.....
Q) How long will it take?
A) Two or three days, usually. This isn't my full time job, so we'll get it in the post asap, but maybe not the same day. Let us know if it's an emergency/birthday/whatever.
Q) Do you do bulk orders/discounts for catering, retail, etc?

Q) Is it Vegan?
A) Yes, it is.
Q) Is it gluten free?
A) Essentially yes. We're required to note Barley as an allergen, as it is part of the ingredients via white distilled vinegar. But the trace elements of gluten are tiny, and mostly destroyed by the distilling process.
Q) Do you really listen to music on vinyl while making the sauce?
A) Yes, as far as possible. It can get messy flipping that wax while bottling, though. Sometimes I cheat and put on a 4 hour mp3 mix or my own mixcloud vinyl mix like this one.
Q) How hot is it?
A) Oh, I don't know any more. I've fried my tastebuds over the last 3 years making this stuff. We get people who scream and shout and stamp their feet when they taste it, we get some people who shrug it off like it's ketchup. Heat is totally subjective. It's PRETTY DAMN HOT, but it isn't stupid. It won't ruin your dinner or make you pass out like that Ground Zero sauce I had one time.....
Q) Can you make a bespoke sauce for me?
A) Of course! we've made tons of sauces for bands and bars/restaurants, etc. Just tell us what you want.
