Made with the usual blend of fresh scotch bonnet, bullet and birds eye chillies, this sauce also adds some dried naga ghost chillies to the mix, for a longer burn.
A healthy splash of bourbon gives extra depth and the familiar sweet tang of maple syrup means that this is possibly the peak of the the HATM range.
GOES WITH: Rich food, like a fully loaded burger, pizza, add it to a stew or bolognaise.

"Discovered this sauce at a vegan fair and my boyfriend is addicted to it (i cant handle the heat like he can) so when we quickly ran out i ordered a few more bottles for him - he said if it wasnt considered weird he would drink it and it is without a doubt his all time favourite hot sauce and hes tried many! We will definatley be reordering again when we soon run out!"
